性能用途：
本机组从基材放送、印刷、油墨烘干、成筒、粘边、切袋、计数输送叠袋整个工艺流程均配置有的电气系统及机械装置，基材从投料到制袋成品在一个工艺流程中连续完成，自动化程度高，制袋工艺、设备结构合理、筒袋美观牢靠。特别是本公司开发的PLC印记切割（按印刷色标跟踪切割）控制系统，控制切割精度在1mm以内，准确可靠。

主要特点：
采用变频调速，具有自动上胶、成型、扯断、计数等功能。

工艺流程图：
卷料 → 过料 → 分层 →中道纠偏→中缝上胶→局部打孔 →成型→多层牵引→侧边点胶→切断（定长短）→拉断→ 光电计数 → 整袋输出 → 成品。
